Elizabeth Kieffer, CHHC, AADP

Hey there.  I’m Liz.

I’m glad you’re here.

I’d love to share more with you on who I am, where I come from and how it’s developed into all that I share today.

“Liz helped me when I felt like nothing I was doing or had done had worked. She gave me the boost and the confidence I needed to just BEGIN. When I was at my wits end, overwhelmed, discouraged, and kept making the excuse of not having enough time and being “too busy or to social”. I have experienced a full transformation and I can keep this up. It is all the little things that Liz has taught me that matter. Not the pounds but how to implement little steps and strategies for a healthy life. Just like Liz said, The pounds came off when I got my body into balance. I never knew how out if balance I was. I am forever grateful.”

Meet Liz—Your Guide to Holistic Healing & Metabolic Health

I’m Liz, a holistic health practitioner, artist, and eternal student of the body's innate ability to heal. My journey into holistic health wasn’t just a career shift—it was a necessity.

In my thirties, after struggling with metabolic health challenges and receiving a life-altering medical diagnosis, I chose a path beyond conventional medicine. Through nutrition, herbal therapies, acupuncture, and lifestyle shifts, I healed my metabolism and restored my health. This transformation ignited my passion for helping other women do the same—breaking free from diet culture, balancing their metabolism, and feeling truly well.

The Path That Led Me Here

1998 Diagnosis: healing begins.

  • 2008: Certified in the Pancreatic Protocol for metabolic syndrome & insulin resistance.

  • 2009: Certified in Integrative Nutrition & Holistic Health Coaching (IIN & SUNY Purchase College).

  • 2010: Founded All Sides Wellness—Outside Inside Soulside, offering coaching and wellness programs.

  • Following Years: Deepened expertise with certifications in gut microbiome health, clinical Western & Chinese Herbalism, functional nutrition, breathwork, and yoga nidra.

My love for movement and adventure also fuels my approach to wellness. Whether it’s a 500-mile bike race across Iowa or a Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim trek in 12.5 hours, I embrace life fully—just as I encourage my clients to do.

My Philosophy: Healing Metabolic Health from the Inside Out

Imagine your health as a house with many rooms—each representing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. True balance comes from visiting every room, even briefly, every day.

Wellness isn’t just about food—it’s your relationships, movement, mindset, and daily habits. I help women ditch diet culture and deprivation, restoring their metabolic health and vitality through sustainable, joy-filled choices.

If you're ready to heal, rebalance, and feel vibrant again, let's begin.

My Philosophy: Outside, Inside, Soulside

🌿 Outside: The world is full of distractions—busyness, responsibilities, and limiting beliefs that keep women from prioritizing their health. Many feel stuck, weighed down by stress, self-doubt, and the demands of daily life. But true healing starts when we clear away the noise and make space for what truly matters—your well-being.

🥗 Inside: The food we eat is more than just fuel; it’s the raw material that runs every system in our body. From metabolism to hormones, digestion to energy levels—what we put inside determines how we feel and function. Healing begins with real, whole foods that nourish, repair, and restore balance.

💛 Soulside: A healthy body isn’t complete without a healthy spirit. The emotional and spiritual pieces of healing are just as important as nutrition and movement. When we listen to the desires of our heart—healing our emotional wounds, releasing guilt, and embracing self-care—we create lasting transformation. When body, mind, and spirit align, true wellness unfolds.

If you’re ready to break free from stress, exhaustion, and metabolic struggles, let’s begin your journey—one step at a time.

My Approach

take the first step

I believe everything in life begins with a little step.

And every little step takes us closer and closer to that bigger goal.
